Did you tell these multiple Realtors that you are using many different Realtors to show you property? If they don’t perform to your standard, select another. A: Preferably use the same Realtor. In theory this is easy transaction But in practice sell of one property and at the same time buy another may not be possible in todays market. I do not recommend using the same realtor to represent both the buyer and seller on the same property and transaction.
Can you list your house with more than one estate agent?
You can instruct other agents, but if they sell the house, you will have to pay commission to the original sole agent as well as paying the agent who sold the property. At the end of this period, you’re free to use one or more additional estate agents.
